"I have experienced irregular and painful menstrual cycles since my period started when I was 14. I am now 30. 16 years later my cycle has continued to be very irregular. I generally have 4-5 periods a year. I have investigated possible reasons for this with various medical doctors over the years. After scans it was discovered that I have ovarian cysts on both ovaries, hence I have polycystic ovarian syndrome. I understand this affects approximately 10% of women of reproductive age. The only option provided to me by doctors was to take drugs such as the contraceptive pill and metformin (usually prescribed for type II diabetes). These were not options I was comfortable with, hence I explored other options. I found Ekaterine through the recommendation of a family member. After only two free zoom sessions, I have now had four months in a row of periods. I have never experienced such regularity. "Ekaterine is a very powerful healer. In only a few sessions, she managed to get me back walking. I had seen 2 orthopedist, who both wanted to operate as the picture on the MRI was showing really bad damage of my outer meniscus. I could only walk with crutches. After just one session, I manage to walk short distances in the every day life without crutches. Now I can take 1 hour walk (on a flat terrain) with no pain!!!! I do not take any pain killers. Also I could not bend my knee fully. The MDs said that would stay like this until I operate, but they were wrong. I can now fully bend my knee again. The extension was also very problematic. Now I would say I can extend up to 95%. In conclusion Ekaterine managed to get me back walking with no operation, when the MRI and two specialist said this would be impossible. I am from Canada and discovered Ekaterine through her advertisements for Energy Healing events on Facebook. After joining her Facebook group, I reached out to see if she could assist me with my Pericarditis, a condition I had been suffering from for 25 years. Pericarditis is the inflammation of the lining around the heart, and it caused me chest pain and discomfort every time I took a deep breath. I would wake up multiple times each night due to breathing discomfort.

I live in Mexico and came across Ekaterine online by chance. About a week prior I pulled my right quadriceps in a Pilates class. It was extremely painful. "I have had pain in my back since my son was born , 8 years ago. Every night the pain woke me up maybe 8 times and wouldn't let me sleep.

I have gone to different doctors, one said I had a hernia, the other said it was a muscle pain until finally they detected a scoliosis. I was told that there is no cure for scoliosis, the only thing I could do is prevent it from getting worse. I was recommended to do Pilates.

"I first met Ekaterine on a Doctor Joe Dispensa Facebook page.

She was offering healing to anyone needing it and I contacted her.

Ekaterine was lovely to talk to.   Very approachable and very empathetic.

I had no problems telling her about my health conditions.

My main concern was Asthma, that I had had for over 60 years.

Also food intolerances and anxiety, headaches and various other problems.

Ekaterine wanted a photo from me as a child, and I sent this through to her.

We then discussed the meditation she would do and arranged a time.

We live in different countries and time zones, but managed to work out a time suitable for both of us.

As I have already practiced meditation for many years, it was easy for me to get into a relaxed state prior to the meditation and healing with Ekaterine.

Ekaterine sensed darkness and a heaviness around my chest area, and was very tired following our healing session.

She also asked me to tell her if I had had any dreams, which I had.

Ekaterine also followed up with very supportive texts, to keep me encouraged.

Following the healing,  I didn't really feel any different, maybe more relaxed.

But a few day later I noticed my Asthma was better.

I was not having to use an inhaler daily.

Each week this got better.  The foods and exercise which would normally have induced asthma, were now not doing so.

I was hesitant to say, that the Asthma had gone away. I needed more time.

Now one year later, I have almost forgotten that I used to use an inhaler every day....

Sometimes its hard to think back and remember how I was.

"I have a herniated disk in the lower back. I also have Scoliosis in three places on my spine. I used to suffer tremendous back pains due to these. Sometimes, the pain in my lower back was so great, that I just could not move. I used to wake up with the back pain and barely able to move around the whole day, which got me stuck in the house totally helpless. This type of crisis would happen at least once every couple of months. I tried acupuncture, physiotherapy, various types of massages and treatments for years. These would always get me relaxed but pain always remained unchanged. Sometime after the physiotherapy or a massage, pain would be worse the next day!

Ekaterine did one energy healing session, which lasted 20 minutes, this was for my hernia in the lower back and the pain came down from level 10 to ZERO. Since then, I still have some pain there sometimes, but it is never as severe as it used to be. And after some stretching and relaxation it totally goes away. I have not had the crisis situation for over 3 years now!   

Ekaterine helped me to completely heal my GOUT! I had Gout pain in my big toe on my left foot. It was constantly painful for months, where I could only wear sandals or flip flops as pain was excruciating as soon as anything touched my toe. One night I had a gout attack, this was a crisis situation because pain was just unbearable. This happened in October 2023. I took an emergency session with Ekaterine. Lucky for me, she was nearby to my house in Estepona,  she hovered her hand over my painful toe without touching it, as I was screaming don´t touch me ….. and after at the most 60 seconds the pain was totally gone. As I stopped shouting, she looked at me and said: I believe the pain is now gone. Am I right? I said, yes, there is no more pain there at all. The next day I noticed that constant pain I had in my big toe was not there anymore and there was no sensitivity there at the touch either. The pain came back six months later when I was riding my bicycle up the hill. I could not push the pedals anymore. I called Ekaterine and explained what was happening over the phone. She did energy healing for me and the pain just disappeared as I was still on the phone. It only took a minute or two at the most! I have been gout pain free now for a year. I can now wear shoes without any discomfort what so ever! This was a magical experience nothing short of a miracle.

However, the story does not end here, I was diagnosed with the Parkinson`s disease 18 years ago at the age of 37. My symptoms were shaking of my hand, arm and leg on the right side and sometimes my head was also shaking. Since my diagnosis, my symptoms have worsened over the years. It was very difficult to type on my computer or simply write a message on my smart phone. Picking up objects, for example a glass of water, or using knife and fork while eating due to severe shaking of my right hand was a torcher. I am right-handed so it was a big problem. Driving became difficult as my leg and foot shook violently at times… Loss of focus and concentration, when trying to do any administrative tasks were exhausting, not to mention the frustration of being unable to type as I was constantly hitting the keys repeatedly over and over again. My limbs on the right side used to ache and be tired of being shaking most of the day every day over the years. I love cycling, which was also becoming very dangerous as I have had number of falls and accidents and ended up breaking my shoulder and some other bones in my body. This kept me stuck at home for long periods of time without been able to exercise for weeks after each accident. The latter caused worsening of my health even more. I was told that only thing I could do to manage my symptoms, was to increase the dosage of my medications which were: 6x200mg of Levadopa (every 4h/24h), 1.05mg of Mirapexin, 1mg of Azilect and 50mg of Ongentys. However, doctor warned me that further increase of dosage of my medications may worsen my mental health dramatically. I had to make a choice. I was running out of options at the age of 47. Ekaterine did 3 energy healing sessions for me, each lasted 45 minutes to an hour. To my amazement I started to be able to type on my computer flawlessly again, my shakes have dramatically diminished in my hand and leg. Within couple of weeks, I just was not shaking any more. My stamina greatly improved during sports activities like cycling, exercising at the gym and during swimming. It has been two years now and my improvements have held up and I had no further need to increase my dosage of medication. I now have mild shakes in my right hand very rarely, these only show up, when I am under huge amount of stress due to my personal life circumstances. Otherwise, I don´t shake any more. I also had terrible constipation over the years, which is also gone! I am speechless, as after 16 years since my diagnosis and I barely have any symptoms of Parkinson´s disease.

"My name is Marika and I bake bread in local bakery. I met Ekaterine as she often bought bread from our bakery and we often chatted together as she waited for the bread. 

I often used to have terrible pains in my abdomen and very heavy bleeding during and in-between my periods. Following scans and investigations the doctor told me, that I had a large cyst on my ovaries. One day Ekaterine came for her fresh bread in the bakery, and my colleague was serving the customers alone, as I sat on the chair in the corner trying to breath as my pain was unbearable. Ekaterine approached me and told me that she could heal people with energy and offered to try to help me there and then. I agreed.
